This design features a traditional conservatory with a gable design, we have selected a glass roof option with the latest energy rated glazing and heat reflecting properties to shield as much of the suns rays as possible.
Cath & Bill were desperate for the additional space in the property that would allow them to have a large dining room, in order to entertain family and friends.
One of the biggest challenges we faced was the many obstacles on the existing property, for example there was a large soil pipe in the far corner,between the house wall and the extension,our engineers and technical team designed a special box gutter system, also the existing extension height was extremely low creating a problem for the roof meaning it cut across the windows on the house wall.
